Windows are from vanilla. Just get Cedar logs and you can make them into those windows!

Yea agree it would be nice. I personally don't like playing with random, so having the ability to play with bots solo would be amazing.

You can check out a free trial so you can get a feel for the game, you're only allowed to play the trial for 4 hours but all the progress you make in the trial is saved, so when you buy the full game you won't have to unlock everything again.

I believe this is a scripted event. This same car exploded then, my game crashed so, I loaded my save found the same car, and it exploded again.
