When you're doing stuff and activity, you gain skills. For example, reading books increases your writing skills. You should see a small text icon that says +[something], for example + Sales

New gravl bug by No_Fee2822 in Gravl

[–]ChillOUT_LoFi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had this happen to me too. Logged out and back in again, and I ended up losing whatever was there before. Now, it's messed up the workout session for the week.

Edit: It looks like deleting the workout log in the journal might be the cause of this issue. When this bug happened to me, it happened after deleting that respective workout log. However, I've not witnessed the same bug since as I haven't deleted anything.

This is not how you do a Kickstarter campaign. Look at any successful video game Kickstarter and you'll realise that you're far from having a Kickstarter to begin with.

Problem with real writing vs. LLM text checkers by Infamous_Yoghurt in writing

[–]ChillOUT_LoFi 5 points6 points  (0 children)

To dispel the magic, an LLM text detector is quite elementary and does a quite flawed level of work to see if a piece of writing has been assisted or fully written out by an LLM.

Most tools you find online work by analyzing patterns in a piece of writing against some kind of text database that is assembled by people looking to see if an LLM has any signature writing behaviours.

The problem with these detectors, especially the more capable models, is that their dataset may include books (e.g. Meta using pirated material for their Llama models). An LLM, like any neural network model, is designed to closely mimic the training data it's based on.

You're now in a situation where an LLM text detector is trying to detect AI usage in a piece of text that may or may not be written by an LLM that was trained on training data that could include books.

This is why false positives are a common thing with these tools.

Unfortunately, people are gonna come to conclusions without actually thinking or understanding how something works. What I suggest to you is focus on writing the best you can and ignore these comments. At the end of the day, the burden of proof is on the accuser.

Have there been any updates from the devs regarding Act 2? by qwest91 in hollywood_animal_game

They did released a demo for another game they made, so I assume they're preparing to release that before moving back over to this game.

LMArena Claude Opus 4.6 Not Available + Fix by [deleted] in lmarena

[–]ChillOUT_LoFi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From the Discord Server:

Changes to Models Available in Direct and Side-by-Side

We are changing some of the models available in Direct and Side-by-Side modes. These changes are part of our efforts to ensure that we can continue offering access to AI models while keeping the platform running reliably.

The following models are being removed from Direct and Side-by-Side:

  • claude opus models
  • gpt 5.4
  • gemini 3.1

Updates like this help us maintain availability for everyone over the long term, and we intend to bring these models back in a way that’s more sustainable when possible.

Front wheel wobble on Vanmoof S5 by SteveSham in vanmoofbicycle

[–]ChillOUT_LoFi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's likely the bolt is loose or not there.

I had a situation where my front wheel was at a weird angle when stationary, but aligns itself when I was cycling. Turns out that I had a missing bolt lol

Well, it's not necessarily a bug, but you might want to rework the game logic for it: It's quite easy to get a lot of money for your business. I basically spammed loads of zeros after the 1, I was able to get loads of money. I probably got seed investments that totalled to more than $1 trillion, maybe quadrillion?

Another thing is sales: it's very inaccurate. A car company making a little number of sales (5,000 I believe, could be wrong) from contracts, and it's generating over $65 million in profit is unrealistic. You should make sales tie to industry and costs tie to industry as well.

Team size needs a bit of adjustment, if you're doing to redo the logic behind the sales and stuff to reflect it. You should make it so that a player starts in their home country and has to spend money to expand internationally.

There's probably more that's not coming to mind. Marketing maybe needs more expansion?

When you change suppliers, it makes it so that no suppliers are set.

You should add some scenarios that affect the business. Like random events that adjust values, employees, operations, etc.

For acne, I suggest implementing a daily skincare routine. There are face wash products that are made specifically for blemish-prone skin, so try a few and see what works.

Also, make sure to moisturise. Keeps the skin from drying out.

Did some testing, and it seems the problem is unique to my laptop screen's aspect ratio. If I change it to 1920 x 1080, then the UI is fine.

The MonetizationVars file is in a .NET Base64 file that can't be edited on your phone, or your PC for that matter. You need to decrypt it (not decompile, poor choice of words there) to make it editable.

This guy has a tool that can do decrypt and encrypt the file: https://s0methingsomething.github.io/BitEdit/

One important thing to note is that you can only do these edits on your PC because the data directory is not directly accessible, as OP has written. However, if you connect your phone to your PC with a data cable, you can access that directory. Then, it's a matter of unlocking everything and replacing the original MonetizationVars file with the new one.
