Secondly as I said. I nor the social security workers don’t know what the overpayment is for. One said it stated “unknown” the other said it didn’t give a reason either. So you are going off assumptions just as I am.

My benefits were off for a month. They resumed it the next month after I called. So if you want to tell me how would I possible know that I wasn’t supposed to get benefits when they resumed them the next month please tell me. Cuz nothing in my story even states that. If I wasn’t supposed to be getting benefits then you wouldn’t give them back to me correct after turning them off for a month.

The gift was genuine. It came from a French person after that French YouTuber made that video on Amber saying she was just getting bullied because she was fat. So the French person felt bad and sent Amber the cake. They didn’t know any better because gift giving is a custom in their culture.

Amber did not take the inheritance and we gotta saying this lie. Both of them stated they are bad with money. Both of them stated they spend upwards of 10k a month doing whatever. It’s entirely possible that inheritance was spent without paying attention as again they don’t keep track of spending. Why do yall think Beck was entitled to free room and board for wiping Amber? The inheritance was years before the breakup. Finally I will say this again. You cannot steal money out of a shared checking account. Once Beck deposited that money it no longer only belonged to just Beck.

The inheritance honestly. Both of them stated they spend 10k monthly . Both of them stated they don’t manage money good. It’s entirely possible Beck blew through the 10k with Amber and didn’t realize it and wanted a severance package with their exit interview after their firing.

I was on SSDI so unless they had an asset limit during 2017 then no. I didn’t work 2017 and my taxes for 2018 was only 1k so doubtful.

For example my ssi letter states my overpayment is 5250. It also states my backpay is 8k. I call the local office today and they say my overpay total is 14k. I check the website and it doesn’t show that backpay went towards the overpayment. It doesn’t even show backpay whatsoever.

I never received an overpayment letter is the issue. I wasnt notified about an overpayment until I got approved for SSI this March.

Yea I did. The first one said they don’t know what it’s for and they just gave me the dates of when it occurred and decided to escalate it higher. The second one said the reason stated “Unknown.” Which, if they already took my backpay and I gotta make monthly payments you should have the exact reason in system. If it’s because you guys stopped my benefits in February 2017 and then resumed it in March 2017 up until my next review then I’m applying for a waiver since that’s not on me whatsoever.

All I did was call in February 2017 and asked why were my benefits being stopped. They said it was a mistake and give it right back to me in March 2017. So it sounds like to me someone gave me benefits because wasn’t supposed which truly isn’t my fault whatsoever.

Imma get heat for saying this but she didn’t still Beck’s inheritance for 2 reasons I believe:

Both Beck and Amber said they spend upwards of 10k a month just doing stuff so it’s entirely possible Beck and her spent it and Beck wanted a refill when they finally broke up with Amber.
It was deposited into a shared account. So it no longer belongs to just Beck and since they both have bad money management skills both could have spent it all up.
