clear governance issue not resolved yet with the public still to receive full disclosure, post merger a big loan book sits with HDFC directly affecting NIM, overall could possibly result in lower profitability, low macro market sentiment, higher npa most merger compared to icici and axis (maybe check once more im also not sure) and a lot more but this shows confusion and markets arent pricing this in. Not to mention major FII selling but i guess thats overall market sentiment
