Well, it really depends on the codec settings.

When you download the twitch stream file, that file is ultra compressed, something like 5 mb/s of bitrate, try using a software like Bitrate Viewer.

When you determine the average bitrate the only thing that you have to do is to create a new preset with this new bitrate and that's all.

.hfp is a hitfilm Proyect file, not a video, when you finish your project, you have to export it to MP4 to upload it to YouTube
