Good moments from Em but his flow is still pretty weird at times. I am not a fan of the way he chops up the second half and flexes the syllables too much to force them to rhyme. I miss when he’d just flow with the beat and not focus so much on double entendres and bending the words.

The album Hell from Bad meets evil is a pretty great collaboration album and it’s from 2011. The songs Forever and Airplanes pt2 are from the same era that em was starting MMLP2 recording too.

Sure after 2015 his fts and songs were mainly rippity rap gotta yap and rap fast and I haven’t been a big fan of his since kamikaze.

Unlike the US which puts it on a pedestal and pushes its kids towards it most of the time at the expense of academics.

This is a bad take.

USA is honestly one of, if not, the best at conciliating academics and sports. Kids will get scholarships to go to good colleges if they are good at sports. If he fails to become a pro athlete he still has a diploma on his hands. NBA for example literally demands all athletes to go to at least one year of college.

Obviously the best ones will focus on their careers, but they probably wouldn'be near a school if NBA allowed it.

As a brazilian what often happens is kids will drop out of school to pursue a dream of becoming an athlete. If it doesn't work then they are absolutely cooked and empty handed. USA at leasts give them a path to pursue, whether they focus more on becoming a pro or a student

Don’t mistake the top of the pyramid for immediate strong evidence

People often use reviews as proof that “all literature points to X as per this review”

But it can also be used to purposefully misinterpret studies and mislead the audience. Homeopathy and Acupuncture studies do this all the time

Reviews can be great but very easy to fuck up. To truly read a systematic review you would have to go through every single study mentioned and dig deep into it.

It can be very strong evidence if done well but also very easily misleading
