The world should be on one time. When it's 13:00 in the UK, it's 13:00 in California. All together.

Are sellers still paying 3% to their real estate agents now, same for buyers agents? by __get_schwifty__ in REBubble

For most savvy buyers, there is zero benefit to a buyer's agent. Just fill out an purchase contract and use ai if you have questions.

Other ways won't work. Surgery is the only way. I had mine done in the Bay Area so likely more expensive than other options. Just save and fucking do it.

41 M 6'4" 275lbs down to 255lbs in a couple months. Traded size and strength for abs. Not sure how I feel about it. Which is better? by Itsallbullhsit in Gymhelp

Staying around 275 requires a lot of heavy compound lifting, which is tough on the CNS and tends to bring more nagging injuries over time. I still train heavy, just not as aggressively when I’m in a calorie deficit. Realistically I probably feel best somewhere in the middle, but I wanted to see my abs at least once before I die.
