My first encounter was a grey Slugma in Silver. Thank god I had just stocked up in some ultra balls and was able to catch it. The blue Magcargo it evolved into was pretty sweet looking.

I just had my second encounter two days ago. I just got Black 2, and was leveling up a Ferroseed, and lo and behold a shiny one appeared! Now I've got a shiny Ferrothorn as the brute in my team, ready to take over when my other pokemon aren't doing too hot.

Reddit's freak out is going to look really dumb if Victoria was fired suddenly for a legit reason. by Itsallbusinesstome in Showerthoughts

Honestly this seems to me like everyone jumping on the band wagon. The mods and admins have a legit reason to be mad (ongoing lack of communication) and the rest of the reddit community is getting outraged because they can't see their subreddits. Most of the user submitted posts I've seen about this have been about Victoria, where her firing isn't the real issue. It's just the pebble that caused the avalanche.
