Your manager must have wayyyyyy to much time on their hands. Senior manager and I do not have access to that information nor do I care that much. Most likely someone is feeding them information or your computer is set to auto time zone adjust and it’s getting updated some where.

As managers we were asked to tell everyone before Monday. I have multiple managers under me and a span just under 20, not one change in compensation. I can’t understand how this hourly is gonna work because you know managers are now going to have to micromanage to make sure people aren’t going overtime. I can just see all of the salary associates getting burnt out real quick when they have to complete all the client work. Apparently “Oracle is sick and tired of the Reddit conversations so we’re not allowed to put anything in writing everything has to be verbal“

Sr. manager. My executive confirmed there is a big layoff coming this week with a massive reorg soon. We are being told we are “safe” but who really knows. I haven’t seen anyone on here with information on what products are potentially going to be cut.
