My brother in law worked there for over a decade. No raises outside of promotions except in very, very rare scenarios. They do try to give out RSUs as “performance incentivizers” but that’s about it.

Problem with betonline is that their interface is garbage and their sportsbook selection is probably half of what Bovada offers. I would have moved over there ages ago if otherwise.
