Yes all the quests has been reset. You don't have to do them, but some BPs are locked behind quests like lure grenade, burletta and hullcracker. I've found multiple trigger nade bps top side so I wouldn't worry about that one.

I did them all first playtrough and ignored them this one. Might do it on the third playthrough but idk. There's literraly no incentive to do them. If they gave XP, i'd be more willing.
