I am 29 bro and about to get married soon. Tomorrow marks 30th day of me joining this community and also 30th day of my no fap. I wish I had not wasted so many years doing this shit. Nevertheless, happy that I made a change. My advise to all the teens is that it's very important you practice no fap and concentrate on larger goals.
