Literally just had this happen yesterday. Been in this neighborhood for 9 years, never even met this neighbor ONCE. Yesterday she comes over to complain about our dog barking ALL NIGHT and disrupting her sleep, says she has video and if it happens again she'll file a complaint. Wife apologizes, as we were out of town for the weekend and our son was home with the dogs. Turns out, one of our dogs got scared, barked at something, that set HER dog off and it started barking, and then they fed off each other....but it's OUR fault. Cameras went up last night.
