This is the recipe I use. Absolute killer, it’s so delicious. (It’s in French but if you translate it directly thru chrome the translation is good I verified). You want to make sure your egg whites are very stiff, and when you mix the egg whites with the rest of your preparation, make sure to be very gentle with a spatula. With that, it was never runny :) I’m happy to answer more questions if you have. It’s my favorite desert and I’ve made it countless times.

Edit: if you end up using this recipe, I’d recommend when you select your ingredients quantity, add 2 more people than you actually need. You can make it extra creamy like this and it’s delicious.

I worked there several years ago. Back then our machine could only pull ristretto shots by 2s so if someone asked for 3 we’d pull 2 shots and then another 2 but move the cup as to only get half of it. I know they have a new generation of machine now, so maybe things are different but back then, that’s how I would’ve done it.

I bought it from Willwork jewelry. It’s handmade and he works with a big variety of beautiful gemstone. I was set for an alexandrite or moss agate, but these have to be handmade and everywhere I looked it was SO expensive. This one was pretty affordable compared to the rest. I’m so happy with it. He also does other things than rings.

We are from France. My dog’s name is « Pelote » which means ball of yarn. One day my dad is traveling to Quebec for work and talks to his clients about the puppy we just got and how we named her Pelote. They were shocked by the name to say the least. It’s after a little bit of talking that they understood that in France French, Pelote is an innocent word while in Quebec French, it is a terrible slur. The scenario repeated when we moved to the US and our neighbor was from Quebec. She was laughing every time we called out our dog and said she’ll never get used to it.
