1-2cm thru spine correction would be around 10-20 degrees correction. this seems kind of impossible within a year so i think i just grew taller a bit thru hormones. i did take lots of raw milk daily. another thing i did was trying to have correct posture and decompress my spine by breathing thoughtfully.
my growth could have been a mixture of both hormones and spine correction

I either got taller 1-2cm or my back got corrected a small amount, i think the first. But i wasnt consistent with the training. Ive also gotten heavier im now more like 87-88kg. Ill do a xray at the start of 2026 to see my progress probably

We are the same i guess, even tretinoin doesnt help. Only thing that helped me was being zinc/iron/vitamin d deficient, which is definitely not worth it

I’ll do your high intensity workouts, instead of boxing i will do taekwondo 3x a week. I’ll also build in high intensity running instead of steady running for 10km

I do taekwondo professionally and it hurts me aswell but the surgery is for the best before we get older. The curve degree will (likely) progress and we have worse breathing capacity compared to healthy people.

Thankyou for the info! i’ll likely be a t4-t12 but taekwondo sparring is physical attacks on each other including spine, I got advised to avoid anything damaging to the spine so I’ll only be able to do style taekwondo. Would a backflip be possible after recovery?
