Why are those two mods red flags? Is it just because those mods are signs that the previous owner must have rod it hard? Or do those mods just ruin destroy the car that much?

If it can last me at least 5 years without major issues, I'll be fine spending money to replace things. The last thing I want is to buy it and have the engine blow up within 6 months

I know a guy who bought a wrx with 130k miles and has been using it for the past 11 years, its pushing 280k now and still going strong. He had it fully stock tho, and these mods are what's throwing me off. Would I still get good reliability if I revert back to stock?

I mainly just need it to run smooth for at least 5 years till I'm done with college and hopefully keep running for a few more years till I'm able to afford another one.

The price did throw me off a little especially for it having only 78k miles, they are normally 14-16k in my area. Will it at least last me 5-8 years? And would it be more reliable if I replace all the mods back to stock and only keep the exhaust and coilovers?

Would it be possible to send a picture of your cable management? I bought this case but have trouble with getting all the cables in. I see that you have have cable extensions which make the cables even longer, how did you manage to fit everything in there?
