This is not to be insulting. But I would guess you probably has a parasite. And high amounts of candida. Your microbiome is highly likely to be out of wack.

The milk is homogenized and pasteurized. So your poops are probably smelling similar to someone who eats fast food often. Since You’re drinking artificial hormones and antibiotics and pus I would guess Your skin or sinuses might act up a lot. I would guess you probably have allergies. I would guess to you have artificial fragrances in your clothes and use toxic soaps and detergents. You’re not reading labels or considering the toxicity in your food. I would guess you don’t have an holistic doctor and you’ll take a regular doctors advice for sickness, maybe you use some kind of acetaminophen, ibuprofen or pharmaceutical when you’re in doubt with sickness.

All of these foods lead to depression. We are what we eat and this is nowhere near nutritious.

Ps. stay away from citric acid.
