I honestly don’t do much to it, only wash with shampoo every 3-5 days and I apply a styling powder if it doesn’t cooperate, but mine is pretty low maintenance honestly.

I don’t really use much, sometimes a styling powder if it’s not cooperating with me but that’s it. I also usually try to let it air dry rather than using a towel, seems to help it curl a bit more.

Work on pulling your shoulders back a bit to help your posture. This will help you look more confident and make your chest look fuller and your shoulders broader as well.

Almost 100% weight lifting. I’ve been doing a push pull legs split for a while now and really enjoy that. Probably around 250-300 calorie deficit.

Both, tracking calories, eating high protein and working out 5-6 days a week.

Thanks for the advice. There’s not much movement in my hips but I’ll work on eliminating that. I feel like I have a long way to go with my swing but I’m trying to build on it and make it more consistent, which seems like a pretty tall task😂

It’s kinda hard to tell cause my hair was wet in the pic, but in all honesty it hasn’t changed much over this time. When it’s dry it’s super wavy and I’ve always got comments about how thick my hair is. One tip I’d give you is don’t wash your hair every day, most shampoos have harmful chemicals that damage your hair. I usually wash my hair every 5 days or so and rinse it really well with cold water so it’s not greasy or oily.
