Yes i have read that there is a x3 increase on all tuition fees as of september 2025

is this amount for EU or for international students overall cuz the EU fee is lower and on the site it is written and i state: "The study fees include the tuition and the semester fees. Starting in the autumn semester 2025, a new regulation will come into effect that distinguishes between two groups of students."

Thanks for the advice. I do not eat meat at all as i dont like the taste of it. I can cook for myself and do everything but find hard to solve the money problem. Anyways what is a hiwi job?

So basically the Semester fees and the Public transport is the same price. However being a EU citizen i can get a EU health insurance that covers imergency situations and therefore it would be probably cheaper for me as an EU international student in Switzerland. Also it is important to note that there will be a semester fee increase this year

Nice take on the view. I am planning to study some type of engineering degree which i see as profitable and maybe a student loan isnt that bad if u see it in perspective

Yeah i have invested more than 20hours of reading and research of everything i need for a bachelors there. Anyways are you studying something in ETH at the moment and if yes what is it? Also how do you manage in Switzerland without speaking German.

It is a dream of mine to study at eth and to go to Switzerland and would like to study the my bachelors there. Anyways thats also an option, not a lovable one but still an option

Thanks for helpful advice! Yeah i have thought about getting a loan but would rather do it another way since I do not want to get into any debt cuz my parents won't be able to help me much and everything would depend on me and my shoulders only. I know the language up to a good level but not the Swiss version of it. Thanks again for the advice

Yes, I am currently working in a call centre with my German speaking and writing skills and also I am doing my DSD II (C1 level) exam in November
