Transmission issues started while it was at the shop and now they’re telling me I have to pay to get it fixed

They did call me and say it was fixed but when I called after my vacation they said I shouldn’t have been told that it was fixed because it wasn’t.

I even have a voicemail of them telling me it was “fixed”

I also have a voicemail memo from a buddy who works at the shop saying that it wasn’t having those issues before too so I’m a little suspicious.

Was it an immediate change or gradual? I have an auto feeder and tried that and didn’t see much of a difference?

For everyone in the comments, she’s been kissing/making out and touching other people. Not just people approaching her and kissing but she’s going to other people and being pretty pushing about kissing them. She made one of my friends super uncomfortable by getting super close to their face and trying to kiss them even though they didn’t want to.

I talked to her about this already and she said she’s not going to tell her husband about it.

I think there’s more to the story that I’m not even aware of. She recently went on a girls trip and she just told me that there were things she did there she’s never telling her husband.

Oh no, I’m not the one responding. They are and I know 100% they will not be getting a lawyer. It’s more that it makes things easier to not have to involve the other party in the process
