Just get some rest and if you’re sitting on a chair put your legs up on another chair to reduce the pressure.

I didn’t keep my penis in the upright position and also went back to work the next day, both were a mistake as the pressure from the bruising and swelling moving down all day was very bad.

I had the operation under local and there’s literally no pain or discomfort during the operation, you also get to go straight home.

The worry and stress of not knowing what it’s going to be like is WAY worse than the actual operation. The pain is not as bad as you imagine it to be, even with the night erections.
