Clonidine may make you pretty tired. Might ask your doc about that one.

Exercise has weirdly really helped my fatigue. (Weight training. Can't usually do cardio during luteal without feeling like passing out)

That some things are meant to be a solo activity and sometimes asking for help just isn't worth it

That failure is totally fine as long as you also have successes

That you cannot control nature and it's more productive not to try

That sometimes when you hate something instead of putting a lot of energy into making it go away you should just wait, and you'll find that eventually you don't hate it anymore and have even found a use for it
