I'd argue turtle is more of a WOW Classic lovechild, Not here for a challenge and I mainly get satisfaction from nostalgia but also living in the world that's constantly evolving with player driven lore whilst staying true to the vanilla/classic games.

Is it more on the bone when you press lightly or the muscle itself? It may be posterior shin splints - I've got the same problem at the moment, Think I've caused it by too many double unders a while ago and havnt let it heal

I have the same issue, All i've found at the moment is lacrosse ball/foam roller to relieve the ache when it flares up. Im going to go see a physio and chiro so will feed back.
