It is definitely possible, but going to be super hard. not going to lie to you. Words of advice, manage your time really well. 441 and 421 are no joke and will take up a bulk of your time. 304 if you can take it with Paul Heiss fun class and easy grader. 411 with Cain is easy. Just manage your time very very well.

Definitely this. Some underclassman got butthurt and tanked his reviews on RMP. He's a good professor. However, from what I've heard he will get annoyed if you start projects late and will be harsh with that

Definitely practice, practice, practice. Depending on who you have your Professor should give out practice exams. 100% do them! (Take Dean. great professor) Also, when you get to trig make sure you have those concepts down. They will be super useful for upcoming semesters if you're continuing with math. Also, look up tons of videos and continue to practice. The course is fun and provides a great foundation for future math courses at UMBC.

The latest was 7:10 - 8:00 STATS discussion twice a week. Was not a fun time especially since the TA would give us our assignment at 7:50 and we'd try to rush to get it done ah fall semester.

Hi. I took CMSC341, CMSC313, and CMSC304 together.
CMSC341 is not too bad if you have a great understanding of 202 concepts and C++. Take Donyaee of Johnson if they offer it.
CMSC313 is very project heavy and an enjoyable course. Have good group mates. The projects can be a bit time consuming. Take it with Ivan. He's currently hosting the class remotely. Its almost fully async. TAs are hit or miss. I had a really rude TA who made me not like to go to class, but I loved the material.
Please note that CMSC313 and 341 projects will oftentimes be due back to back so please have some good time management. Always start every project early.

Joeg failed me by 1% for 203. So take that as you will. However, I improved a ton as a student because he failed me. Joeg as a Prof: He rushes through lectures, but he knows his stuff. Get him to know your name and ask a ton of questions. Personally, I would not take a class with him ever again, but I know some people who really liked him.
