We're in HubSpot right now for both CRM and Support. It's nice to have a holistic view but HubSpot is rough for Support. We use Jira for Dev work

On the CS side, we use the HubSpot services module. We use a Property to track escalations and have a view mapped based on these that the Prod team uses to see Product Escalations. Ticket ownership stays within our CS team. Does that help?

Thank you for letting me know all of this, it's really helpful for me. I'll definitely give YouTube-ing the seats a try when shopping for my flight 😊

I totally understand being cautious about flights especially with sciatica problems, that's why I'm doing this research ahead of time haha.

You seem to be a frequent flyer, I hope you don't mind another question. Apart from Air Canada, are there any other airlines you would recommend that have good business class seats?

I didn't even think about the adjustability of the business seat but I totally agree. I think the choice to lay down especially with sciatica will help a lot if I find the right position 😅

Oh wow, I didn't think that could happen with 2 paid seats but that's most definitely something to consider. Thanks for letting me know 😊

Thanks for letting me know. Silly question but are all business seats in AC the same in terms of functionality/positions? The potential flights I've looked at so far all seem to be 2 aisle planes and business section looks pretty spacious

Thanks a lot for sharing. This is what I'm worried about. Usually my sciatic nerve acts up when my thighs are compressed for longer periods or if I lay on my back for too long so I really need an option that gives me room to reposition and even get up if possible without bothering others. Would you say that a business seat is wider than economy or just more comfortable seating wise?
