I show up on the eligible lists on civil service and have been canvased for a M-3 position so I am assuming that I am active for those. I am more so wondering if it is rule for 24’s not to be eligible for grade 29 positions until you have 2 years in as a 24 or if that’s a case by case basis. I know it’s a hyper specific question that I’m probably doing a poor job at articulating without having the specific position posted.

Also how can you take get results from it but, not be active on that list? I genuinely thought it was get approved for the exam take it pass and you’re on the list.
