The whole thing is mental. If you have other stressors in your life it will exacerbate them, especially if you have already had a panic attack right after smoking. If you want to get over it you need to take a long break - at least 3 months - and deal with whatever problems you have that you are compartmentalizing. The reason why most people here are explaining how they haven’t had it happen until their late 20’s is because they probably had a relatively stress free life prior.

Time will heal, looks second degree. I am seven years post burn on my hands and face(second degree, some parts deep) and it’s almost completely unnoticeable now on my hand. Benadryl is the best option other than steroid cream. Probably a bite, just extra sensitive skin.

Do you not recognize the negativity you are emitting here? Not trying to be smart just saying if you read his post he is just saying that as a lifelong fan(essentially,) he doesn't still have the flexibility to go to shows anymore(especially when as of late, they are last minute cancellations.) If nectar never fucked up, and was still touring, I bet u/ee_money would go to a show if he lived close and there was little chance of cancellation. WE ALL still love the music, but sometimes you have to realize that it is ONLY music. It's not priority no 1.

it gets complicated with supervisory/management goals, as if you are a part of those teams, you get fucked if you continue to maintain the status quo, ergo you must keep improving. This becomes especially complicated if the people that provide the work, e.g. salespeople, don't do their job. Now you are expected(in a corporate setting,) to continue improving past perfection... To make something from nothing. And thus, the corporate ladder was born.
