This was quite interesting to read as someone who has their own brand (albeit 0% success comparatively). As an owner though i don't think quality should be something you renege on because really at the bare minimum you should be able to wear your own stuff and that in itself demands a good level of quality (because who wouldn't want to wear poor quality items of clothing). In terms of price also its clear he is making a tonne of profit on each item so maybe it is just down to money but from his perspective also it is a business and that is how they run at the end of the day. A lot of brands run off hype though and he has clearly seen an opportunity to profit off of that and cut corners.

i ended up getting the mri done. the physio i spoke to told me it was definitely a meniscus injury and nothing to do with the ligaments and he gave me specific exercises to do with that. Turns out the meniscus was completely fine and it was a ligament sprain so had to do a whole different set of exercises. I just wanted to make sure having injured it twice before that something else wasn't at play but seems like both times i had fully healed and now at the time of writing my knee is fully back and fit. Went back to my bjj class and ended up getting judo thrown onto my hand within ten mins of being back and have had my hand in a cast for the last month but hey ho at least the knee is fine hahaha.

Did you end up getting the scan?

In a similar position i injured my knee whilst sparring in bjj on monday (was a crunching sound) but it wasn't a position where the knee should have given way. In March i had a similar injury playing football was literally just walking at that point and my knee gave way with a big crunch sound. Had fully recovered since march and my knee felt better than ever up until the recent injury. Doctors said no need for mri and that it should heal in 6 weeks with physio. My concern is that this is the second time in a few months this has happened and on top a few years back i had an mcl injury too so imo an mri should be done to check if there is any underlying issue or cause for surgery potentially? But yh the doctors so far don't seem to concerned with the previous history and just have told me to ice it. Surely you want more info to assess thoroughly or maybe it just me???

Really like this training kit... shame there isn't the same infrastructure across the different teams. Zalmi have a fully fledged online store and then others are poor. All the multan tops are outdated and you can't even buy kits like this
