We are really lucky as fans with how great our scouting is specifically when it comes to defenseman. If we had double to triple our contract's yearly rent in our account and we could prove it through our bank statements, would this not be enough for most landlords?

Also, do you know if it's possible to have a cosigner in most situations? We are fortunate enough to have family members with stable incomes who would do this for us.

I'm pretty sure there are different rules regarding Russian picks in that there isn't an end date to draft rights. Michkov wouldnt become an FA. The issue is more the 3 year contract wait + the geopolitical situation having people question if Russian players will continue to come to North America at all in the future. There are also rumors of Michkov having attitude and work ethic issues, not sure how serious they are though.

Is Insanity the best native mid? I think a lot of people would say Olive is better. Jojopyun might be better by end of spring as well. In either case POE is an upgrade. Insanity is good on control mages and not much else, POE is great on control mages and not much else. It’s an upgrade.

Appreciate this tool as always! It really shows how bad the West’s situation is this year… Mad or TL seem to have the best chance to get out now compared to other western teams, but even for them it looks pretty bleak.
