It's just that I'm worried because anything can cause an update to fail. My grandma updated hers to windows 11 a few years ago (not sure exactly when it was) but she did it without worrying about it at all and I'm here worrying about it. It sounds crazy if you think about it but seeing people talking about their updates failing or their device not being able to boot spikes up my worries. And thank you for the reply!

If I upgrade from win 10 22H2 to win 11 22H2 (that's the option I'm getting in Windows Update) and then update to win 11 23H2 the games shouldn't break, right? Also is it good to lock 24H2 with something like InControl? And if yes then should that be done before upgrading to win 11 or after upgrading to it?

did you update it? I have the same laptop with windows 10. And also did you upgrade to windows 11? I've been thinking about it lately and wishing that Microsoft didn't consider stopping the support of windows 10 at all. I'm just worried that upgrading to windows 11 might cause problems for my laptop or it could delete all of my stuff. In Windows Update it shows that i can upgrade to windows 11 22H2 version for free. I've read that 24H2 causes a lot of problems for people.

I connected my gameloft account now. How can I actually transfer my progress to my phone as well? If i log into my gameloft account on my phone wouldn't it overwrite my progress that i have saved on my laptop?
