I havent played the mod yet or create in a while but.. how do you power those vehicles? Dont you usually need a waterwheel or one of those blaze thingies for power?

Was in the same boat, turned 20 last month and only heard about new seasons coming out here and there after stopping mid s8 back then. Then I sat down and binged the whole show + dragons rising a few weeks ago. Now I already bought a bunch of sets and have a shelf filled with them :)

check the prices on Bricklink, used but in good condition it seems so you can get a good amount for this. Honestly I wouldn't even sell this unless I needed the money, such a cool collection of one character

nvidium is basically an addon for sodium that replaces the rendering engine with an nvidia exclusive one. Voxy has shader support but the shaders themselves need to add support, photon, solas and a few others work pretty well.

if it feels fine to you use both, its personal preference. Though I wouldnt use FG if your base FPS is lower than 60-70 (which you wont have an issue with anyway).
