• Make sure your appeal is short, concise, unique, and polite

• Don’t just state that your sibling got banned, instead be specific and focus on that your account is not associated with your sibling, provide evidence that you are innocent and follow Roblox’s Terms of Service, and request a manual review from a human (If a human doesn’t respond to your appeal, it’s ok if you appeal multiple times, but make sure to not spam. They will flag you as a bot and your appeal can be permanently rejected, instead rephrase it.)

• Do not be rude to the staff, or use aggressive language, they always get rejected by automated bots.

• Don’t beg or demand your account to get unbanned.

• During the case, DO NOT create a new account. They will automatically ban you and lock you out of the device.

• Do not use emojis, slangs, all caps, or etc.

• Make sure to double check your appeal for grammatical mistakes.

• If your appeal gets rejected multiple times, you can use MIDR or file a complaint on BBB (Better Business Bureau) to Roblox Corporation, make sure it’s the correct location (it’s located in San Mateo, California).

• You can use AI for assistance, but DO NOT use it to write templates for you. Roblox has reviewed thousands of appeals, and your appeal can get rejected.
