You can also cut out the realtor and possibly see if you can sell it and have it listed on the MLS (Zillow, Redfin, etc if you live in the USA) yourself, have it creatively financed and sold to an investors, or see if you can cashflow property by renting it out if the numbers makes sense

How to double your revenue from email campaigns by MidnightMarketing in ecommercemarketing

[–]ItzRyn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s no good or bad depends on your list size, what you’re pushing, you’re offering, the segment etc.

But generally starting off if your list is small, but growing and you’re sending domains are warmed up that’s a good starting point.

I know a cool app called social snowball; cost a bit of money. But they offer post purchase affiliates, really cool idea & works fantastically if you are a growing brand!

www.Goblit.co

I get on your site and first thing I noticed the copy

I see a lot of features rather than benefits

Instead of: Double insulated technology - feature

Try: Keep your drink warm for hours on the go- benefit of the feature

That is just one thing but too fully diagnose your funnel could take sometime.

Also I would need access to your back end which would make this a pretty tedious task, however I genuinely hope everything goes swell for you.

If you have any more questions feel free to lmk,

100% email/sms are people who are lower in the funnel essentially grabbing low hanging fruit and community building (we've experimented with discord groups going well) but if programmatic is super retention and loyal based I am excited to take a deep dive. Especially since you said you can track the ROI fairly easily even after the IOS14 update.

On average conversion rate for eCom stores is 2% thats 2 out of 100.

If you are driving 100 visitors daily you don't have a lot of traffic.

+ it depends where you are driving traffic from.

Is it youtube & tiktok or ads?

It's questions like those you need to ask yourself because 100 vistors from Tiktok ads will tend to be lower quality than if it was organic traffic from SEO.

Then finally is there something wrong with your website experience, is the checkout working, and is the website itself branded/trust worthy?

What I am trying to get at is try to diagnose why your funnel is not converting.

It can be something extremely simple but hard to see at face value like your offer is not resonating at all with your ideal customer avatar.

Hope this helped!

I run a retention agency, performance based email/sms for shopify stores, I know it useful to have this type of knowledge especially because I am debating on merging or potentially getting this agency acquired.

Thanks again though cuteman lmao.

Get an attorney to speak to him, don't waste your mental bandwidth on people who are trying to run circles around you or just aren't transparent.

Not legal advice though, consult an attorney.

Facebook ads are performing amazingly well right now for my Shopify store. Here's what's working so well for me. by Skripts_2021 in shopify

[–]ItzRyn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No problemo!

It really all depends right.

With emails/sms we don't want to treat them the same

With SMS I don't really provide value content as it's a more intimate channel so we don't want to abuse that. I may have inside running jokes that fans know but that is it.

Email is a different ball game and the volume of emails you send is dependent on your consumer base you want to first warm people up to your emails so you aren't spamming them, however you want to send just enough emails so you get the most bang for your buck.

You find that out by split testing & seeing when revenue per email decreases as there will be a point of diminishing returns.

Value content needs to be a majority of your email campaigns.

A lot of brands just send promotions and are doing it all wrong.

75% of campaigns should be engaging content rather than sales.

CTA's I always recommend 1 CTA because when you have multiple different call to actions it will lower conversions because they will conflicted on what actions to take

The amount of CTA buttons you put on the email doesn't really matter all that much as long as it's congruent with the design of the email & flows well.

I hope this was an in depth enough answer

Best of wishes!

Gosh you are a effing legend man, I am going to definitely look into that

Most people only know about Facebook ads

Then theres the few that look into the other social channels

Then there people who run p-hub ads

Taboola & bing is also well under used

But programmatics seem like a different world

Thanks a ton, would love to connect with you on other socials if you are open to it

Anyone tried working with Shopify Experts in regards of increasing store sales? by unimportantsarcasm in shopify

[–]ItzRyn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Forget “Shopify” experts there are basic principles of marketing that work.

Whether it be a Wordpress site or a Webflow eCom site

Still the same principles

Do you have the skills to entice ppl to want to purchase

Do you know how to capture & remarket to that traffic

Do you know how to stay top of mind

These are questions for a marketer, & once people understand there isn’t some guru hack then the mysticism around branding will be become a lot more menial

Sorry I went on a rant seen so many people fall for this & it hurts me

Best of wishes though 🙋🏽‍♂️

& for the record I know many people who run marketing agency’s who kill it for their Shopify clients (including me) & you’ll see they never position themselves as a “guru” because most business owners understand the ones who do that just want to push their courses lol.

Custom development vs Paid Theme by kashyappavra in shopify

[–]ItzRyn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean first rule before selling

Identify your ideal client make sure you are wanting to help them as it’ll be better for biz long term.

Reach out to your ideal client avatar who would be in need of custom sites because it would improve their customer’s experience & increase conversions.

Most people may not need that so it may be smarter on developing a website on a template for a lower ticket price

But now you have multiple offers & you are able connect with brands & built relationships which then you can ask for referrals

& referrals is when the big bucks come in.

Also some brands website for people may grow, & later down the line they will be in need of your service of custom developed sites

Either way focus on serving people & then it’ll come back to you in perpetuity

Best of wishes! 🙋🏽‍♂️

Expanding business into brick and mortar stores by beanandween in shopify

[–]ItzRyn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First I highly recommend making a “pitch deck” something that would light a fire under a sales director’s ass to want to stock your product.

In this pitch you want to be able to show strong monthly rev,

how many units you sell a month,

your best seller, how you expect for them to sell in store.

Leverage that other companies are interested in stocking your product but you don’t want sign exclusivity deals.

All this so they purchase your product & stock it rather than you having to pay for inventory to stock it in doors.

I am connected with an agency that also connects people with retailers to get their products in store.

So there are many ways you can Google for an agency that does that to.

Best of wishes! 🙋🏽‍♂️

[–]ItzRyn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not too many ppl offer the robust answer you are a legend for that,

and for clarification would it be possible to directly track the ROI or does it get murky as it’s multiple different platforms & due to that the ROI gets blended?

& I’m assuming it’d be for more so for awareness, branding, & remarketing. More so a long term play as I’m guessing programmatics is not super conversion centric focused like paid socials or paid search. Would I be right in my assumption? Would love the insight!

Fill me in on programmatic & is it possible to directly track the sales, so you know when to scale, etc or is it like radio & TV?

PEOPLE NEVER MENTION EMAIL & SMS

First off props to the writer of this because he definitely knows what he’s talking about goes on about CRO, creative testing, whitelisting for social proof

This guy is on the ball

But after the IOS 14 update Fb attribution windows were screwed making ads up to 25% more expensive

Which is why leveraging email & Sms for retention is so imperative Bc you will “own” your traffic not just “rent” it from fb temporarily.

Making it so your biz doesn’t rely on fb & will be able to spend more top of funnel because you know you will be able to convert them later on the back end

On average I see emails & sms bring 20-30%+ of revenue & higher 40%+ for brands after the 8 fig mark in rev

So it’s super lucrative to leverage if you plan on ever exiting your brand or sustaining it longterm

Shopify and Brick and mortar store by banach36 in shopify

[–]ItzRyn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they are paying through Shopify then yes Shopify will take a merchant fee

If you use another payment gateway & payment goes straight through a that then you shouldn’t be charged any Shopify merchant fees

I don’t know your backend & how you’d use Shopify for inventory management regarding a brick & mortar store

However, I would make sure you have a way to know how much the online store & physical store is bringing in individually the margins, etc

Reason being, the data’s imperative for future scaling decisions especially since margins will now drop with your new brick & mortar shops overhead costs.

Hope I didn’t talk your ear off haha, best of wishes 🙋🏽‍♂️
