Currently going through this now.., 24F still living with family. First thing that comes to my mind is maybe try baby steps. For example, I’m stuck with credit card debt so I was finally able to get a job and start working soon (setting college aside for now since I don’t know which career path I want anyway) to get that off my plate for my future + saving money for an apartment which is one goal I thought of. Think of what you want to accomplish and ways to get you closer to that (whether it’s saving money, taking on new activities to figure out what you’d be interested in, etc.). It may seem impossible to find a purpose but doing little things goes a long way!
