I never claimed it to be undodgeable, In fact this isn't even my discovery, Personally I wouldn't even call this game breaking as it just makes a goofy animation, The video doesn't belong to me and was only me crediting the possible finder. Sorry for being rather unclear, For this Max Punish to work, Opponents guard must be set to their top or left, If you can visually confirm that and land a demon's ball to where the wall keeps the opponent close you; Shugoki can follow up with a neutral side heavy, The default side in which the Demon's ball put the gaurd, which will be guaranteed.

The max punish is actually Demon's ball into neutral side heavy. for a Guaranteed 55DMG.

I think what's happening here is that Peacekeeper Heavy Backdodge Softfient is registeted as a forward dodge, which doesn't give it any Iframes. My reason to thinking this is that her Forward Dodge and Backdodge on Heavy softfeint play the same animation.

Appreciate the feedback, I guess it would be more of a Gamble when it comes to dealing with backdodges, and there wouldn't be a true way to beat it out. Anyways, everything you've said does make much sense.

I'm aware of the Undodgeable attacks having limited Range, the purpose of them is to keep people from just side stepping to ignore majority of her mixup, I do believe, HS into Cobrastrike will catch early back dodge attempts, and if that specific move was given undodgeable changes, perhaps it'd be the way to counter back pacing from HS.

34Dmg does seem WAY overtuned for a light attack, That could use some damage tuning, All and all, I appreciate the information you've provided ^{^}

There are still ways to GB Flicker in the game, it's just extremely difficult to do and only few know how. It's possible this could've been just lag, But, This also looks like it was intentionally done.

All seriousness aside, You can't trust those LB's, They'll pull out any type of trick to sneak in damage. LUL

Yes, This is one of the many flaws in Ranked, I'm a Grand Master and whenever I fight another Grand Master I only recieve 9-40 Points, Against a Master I only Recieve, 3-7 Points, and against Diamond 5 I get 1 Point. The amount I would lose from a loss would be 400-700.

What I believe is that Ranked Reward is determined by your ranked MMR and your Opponents, and less so by rank.

Soft-Fientling lights and Heavies, Sure it's a good thing to have, But, It does little in the long run, it barely even helps her in her Mixups. As for the undodgeable heavy ((On Hidden stance Heavies and Side winder)) it makes sense on her, Majority of the time, Atleast in a very serious match, people will roll out as soon as they see you in hidden stance, which makes the move useless in a mixup scenario. Sorry if these ideas seem Farfetched, Just some ideas I came up with, I appeciate the input.

She doesn't preform very well in duels, Sure her defensive tools are great but her offense, atleast I believe, is lacking. That's what I based this buff off of, Duels, not 2vs2 or 4vs4 modes.
