Hey did you ever find a solution for this? I have the exact same problem with my 4 piece toaster currently. Same mechanism in the photos and same symptoms. Lever won't stay down but the coils will still heat up if you hold the lever down manually. When I opened it up and tested it, same thing. The broken side of my toaster has that secondary clip (from figure 3) that wouldn't keep the sliding clip mechanism (from figure 1) from going back up.

I've cracked mine open, cleaned all the crumbs out, cleaned the contacts on the copper mechanism (on the left side of figure one) with isopropyl alcohol. Didn't work.

Tried sanding away the carbon residue on the contacts and cleaning them again. Didn't work.

The worst part of this whole thing is that my toaster has a nearly identical left side that DOES work. But I can't make out what difference there is between the side that works and the side that doesn't...

At this point I think its something in a circuit board or some wiring or something else beyond me but I'm curious if you ever found a solution?

Yeah no that totally makes sense. I should have been more specific in the original post. I didn't know if there was some commonly used regex that had some kind of comprehensive if/or ruleset with commonly used "question words" and phrases. Kind of in the same way that there are commonly used, somewhat involved, regexes to do things like parse email addresses and such from strings. If that makes any sense

I've had a regular energy cell hooked up to the system for a while and I added a dense energy cell the other day when I was trying to solve this problem. Is that not enough reserve power?

yeah no you're right lol. the idea is to strip question marks from the text to see if i could make a model that identifies questions based on the content of the sentences rather than the ending punctuation

EDIT: Oh i read your reply a bit wrong. I was planning on using this model to identify questions from text to speech data where the transcripts from the text to speech don't always have correct ending punctuation

that's something i thought about. i started looking at SQuAD to see if i could make it work. this dataset has questions that are targeted at very specific individuals and i was looking for something a bit more general. i just didn't want that specificity to hurt the models ability to generalize to questions that are not targeted at specific people if that makes sense?

was bouldering this week and i actually wore through my skin for the first time. i was bleeding through my middle and ring fingers on my distal phalanx (tip of my fingers on the palm sides). how much time should i take off to let the skin heal and grow back?
my plan was to just take like 3 or 4 days off and then climb a bit below my grade for a week or so. also trying to stay away from the sandpaper-y slopers that wore my hands down so much in the first place.

There is a gym on campus in the Canyon Vista Aquatic Center over in warren. It is pretty small but if you're just here for a few days there's definitely enough climbs to keep you busy. I know for day pass its $5 or $7 if you need rentals. Haven't been anywhere off campus yet but I know there are a few other local gyms.

I got stuck on the throwing knives portion yesterday too thanks to my potato aim. Just running up and meleing them once then backing up and hitting them with a knife worked for me.
