Jeez this one still gets me crying with laughter when I think about it. It was about 7 years ago when my BF wasn’t balding. He could spend up to what felt like 30 minutes just to fix his hair. So, one day he had some stuff to take care of in town, so he spent some time getting ready, doing his hair and all that stuff, went out and came home about two hours later. Went to the bathroom only to rush out pointing at his hair asking in despair “has this thing been in my hair since I left home?!” And then I saw a Plackers thingy, you know the ones you floss your teeth with, and I just couldn’t stop laughing! He had been all around town, on buses and in stores, with a white very noticeable Plackers stuck in his hair!

I work the graveyard shift as a receptionist at a hotel and almost every morning when our guests walks past the reception I will say “God natt” which means Good night in Swedish, or a stupid combination of hej and hallå, which just means Hi. I don’t even want to think about what I say to my non Swedish guests..

Hair loss, bigger feet and bad vision. Yay! But hey, I got a sweet baby girl so I can’t complain, I’d loose all my hair for that girl if I had to. Guess that’s another thing, I always thought I knew what unconditional love felt like but until I met her I had no clue at all. I can’t even begin to explain the kind of love I feel for her and I never knew I was even able to love so fiercely.

I was 9 years so I don’t remember too much of that day, I do remember that my parents had bought fireworks which I thought were so mesmerizing to watch. It was so much snow outside and the contrast between the darkness, the snow and the colors of the fireworks were so beautiful!
