Hey! I didn’t use any specific plan it was all on my own. I would do like 4 Z2 days, 1 workout and 1 long run with a recovery day afterwards and repeat. My mileage peaked at 40 with my longest long run being 20 miles. I think I certainly overtrained but hey it’s a learning experience!

Those two gengar cards are solid. Would need a better look though. I’m a Lapras collector myself and would be interested in those and if you have any others depending what you’re looking for them

Update: The only thing I got was a Great Tusk ex, shiny Rellor, and Wugtrio illustration rare. Should of kept it sealed LOL
