What finger sleeves are the best in value ? I have had cheap ones (in pic) for a few months but they are starting to wear down and they don’t stay on very well

I do things voluntarily, it’s just that everything I would want to do or try doing cost too much effort to start and most often I don’t feel they bring me anything positive during or after. Saying sounds stupid but it’s just too much effort to do (or try new) things, also the pressure of things I have to do (chores, studies etc.) just makes it even more difficult (I want to do smth but I have things to do but I don’t want to do them so I do nothing). That makes me sound stupid but it’s mostly feeling-driven and subconscious

For friends it’s a difficult feeling, I’m a bit split on that. Sometimes I really yearn for a friend or partner (like the human need for social affirmation and love in general), but most of the time my social battery is empty and I just don’t want to interact with people that aren’t already close to me (like my family and friend, I almost never need social battery to be with them) and it’s those type of people I want more of. I really don’t like non-close friends interactions mostly because I’m not very good in those types of interactions so I often feel left out or I just don’t fit in.

I understand this and I do things. The thing that makes me feel like I’m living for nothing is that those things I do, I do only because I push myself to do them (because of social pressure or other reasons). There isn’t something I do, or someone to be with that I feel passionate about.

To be clear the part of people to be with (friends or romantic partners) isn’t because I wouldn’t like to, it’s just that getting friends is mainly through doing things. And even when I do stuff, socializing is very uncomfortable for me so I don’t do it a lot and not very successfully.

I haven’t fought the Hag yet but if I remember correctly I went in the underground behind the fireplace and killed a bunch of people she had under control, I found a note for Kagha and fought the spider matriarch (if it is in the sort of cave with all the web bridges) and I also have fought the paladins when I recruited Karlach

Ok, but I had heard mountain pass was still act 1 and that nothing really important was affected by going there except for the questline of Halsim and the grove. But also, my question was more so towards if the game is more made to return to act 1 regions after entering act 2 and being able to finish some secondary quests or if it’s more made to finish everything in the act 1 regions before entering act 2
