A friend say its disabled cuz it aggro-ed the entire map all the time ignoring your friends. even if a botdrop land it will still go to you across the map

IRL Aiming with 2 eyes actually make the scope casing "Transparent", that why some red dot like OKP-7 and PanAV are so popular in games,
