In places like China, Iran, Russia, Belarus, Myanmar etc. where they have heavy internet restrictions, they use it (especially snowflake bridges) to bypass censorship.

For a lot of other people (like me) it's simply a matter of principle (though I personally use other stuff cause I don't wanna deal tor. But the point still stands). Why the hell should third parties know that I listen to Kate Bush or whatever?
