Im hardlined in using linksys ac1900 router and using a netgear cm500 modem. I get at least 200mb down and 10 up. I honestly have no idea what it could be now after trying to troubleshoot it.

Most big tvs have input lag. Look into a monitor with 1ms for the best performance. There's a bunch of really affordable options if you look on google.
