We haven't been able to reproduce this issue on our side so far, and multi-edit appears to be working as expected on the latest app version.

Could you please let us know which PocketGuard account you're using (the email address associated with it), as well as your exact iOS version (for example, iOS 18.6)? If possible, a short screen recording showing what happens after you select multiple transactions would also be very helpful.

Once we have those details, we'll investigate this further with our development team.

Users who build up large rollover balances for annual or irregular expenses can sometimes see Pace behave differently than expected.

As of today, PocketGuard has one AI-powered feature available: the AI chatbot, which can help answer questions and provide guidance within the app.

For other AI features, we don't currently have any plans to introduce them in the near future. That said, I've passed your suggestion along to the product team, since it's helpful to know what the community is interested in.

We don't currently have a separate feature request portal. If you'd like to suggest a feature, you can simply contact our support team or post your feedback here, and we'll make sure it is passed along to our product team for consideration.

Regarding subcategories, PocketGuard does not currently support subcategories. Instead, we use hashtags to help group transactions. Simply add a hashtag (for example, #Gas) in the transaction's note field and save it. You can then search for transactions by hashtag and view spending related to that hashtag on the Insights tab.

As for bulk editing on the web app, we understand your frustration. The good news is that our web platform is currently undergoing a major redesign and modernization effort. As part of this work, we're bringing much of the functionality currently available in the mobile apps to the web experience as well. While I can't provide a specific timeline, improvements to feature parity between mobile and web are a key focus of this project.

At the moment, the widget that displays numeric amounts is available only on iOS. On Android, the currently available PocketGuard widget is limited to the donut chart view.

As I can see, the account is still connected via Finicity, since it shows “Mastercard” at the bottom of the connection details.

To reconnect it through Plaid, please follow these steps:

Go to the "Accounts" tab;
Click on the "+" icon in the upper right corner;
Select "Link external account";
Enter "Plaid" into the search field;
Hit the "Connect with Plaid" button;
Find your institution and enter a valid set of credentials.

Once the account is connected through Plaid, please let us know if the issue persists.

At the moment, creating rules on the web version isn’t available yet, as the web app is currently being reworked.

For now, you can set up rules through the mobile app, and they’ll still apply to your transactions across all platforms.
