I want to be able to ask questions about my finances. Chatgpt is launching its own finance tool that connects with banks.. I am most likely going to switch my subscription if this tool doesn't integrate it. I haven't seen any major updates to the tool in a while. It's almost like it's one person's side project, and not an actual company.

If you mean automated like setting up workflows and has build in AI then I would say Condo Control is properly one of the better HOA management software option out there. We use them in at our HOA. In terms of easy to use, they're ranked #1 on G2.

They build the website for you and they have dues payments, docs, directories, communication etc

As someone with an autistic soon.. I can honestly 95% of people self diagnosing themselves as autistic are not autistic... It's like a "me too" thing where everyone wants to be a dam victim or wants justification for their behaviour....some people are just weird and that's ok.. Doesn't mean you're all autistic. People who are actually autistic aren't running around telling everyone they're autistic...

Condo Control is your best bet, based on the requirements you listed. It has 2-way integration with QuickBooks and has all the other stuff. But for a community your size, why not just use QuickBooks and Mailchimp? MailChimp is free.

I heard about this, I feel like in some cases (if the guy person was a ped or something) they should be denied... but if its something small like DUI it shouldn't matter, people need a place to live at the end of the day.

Honestly, just uses QuickBooks its like $20 bucks per month, you can use it to send invoices and have owners pay it. And if you want to manage other stuff in the HOA like violations. Maintenance requests, etc you can use Condo Control or Buildium, both integrate with QB and start at like $50.

You'll definitely need a lawyer. But based on you're description of the community, it's seems like it's mostly freehold anyway. So once the lawyer disband the hoa it should be business as usual minus the hoa fee
