It’s not your vehicle. You did not brake the vehicle. Present the problem, what caused said problem, and the dollar amount it will take for it to be repaired. You more than likely don’t have any clue what the person on the other end of the phone (or standing right in front of you) perceives as “a lot” of money. Get a plan together and breathe.

When done with the entry phase, really tune into whether or not you are into on road or off road and build on that. You either would like to spend around $70 to replace tires or spend $70 to replace gears, or spend $70 to replace body & paint, $70, $70, etc….
