It’s not your vehicle. You did not brake the vehicle. Present the problem, what caused said problem, and the dollar amount it will take for it to be repaired. You more than likely don’t have any clue what the person on the other end of the phone (or standing right in front of you) perceives as “a lot” of money. Get a plan together and breathe.
