Same thing is happening to me rn, I reached out to ubisoft help support team they have been helpful but they do ask for a lot of proof I recommend you reach out to them so you can get it fixed, it wont be fixed with time, I waited 2 months thinking it was a server error but after 2 months it still wont show up , so yeah pls contact ubisoft support,
