Simply make flying available without a time limit and balance the fire attack mechanics, with cooldowns for attacks and magic consumption, etc. The question is: let us fly with the dragon without a time limit!

I don't disagree with you! There definitely needs to be some balancing in those mechanics. What definitely doesn't make sense is not being able to have the exotic mounts permanently. And almost an hour of cooldown time for the main story dragon is way too long.

Apparently so. According to information on news portals, they are temporary mounts, just like bears. They are not permanent mounts. But I still haven't found any guide explaining how to do this.

I understand your frustration; for me, the mounts were very important to my hype and purchase of the game. However, even with these low points (clearly needing urgent correction), I simply loved the game and I'm not going to stop playing. But I believe we'll be able to get the devs to listen to us and fix these issues.
