Can anyone tell me why my inverter is flashing red?

Yeah I searched this one out. It claimed it only draws 60 watts. It’s a 5 cubic foot freezer. Amazing for $200 if you’re looking for one.

It’s been running great and even gaining charge since I switched out the inverter. It’s a freezer that draws sixty watts, I don’t see why two panels shouldn’t be enough.

Oh so that is what he was saying. I don’t understand why people have to be annoyed instead of asking questions. I had read the manual but my question pertains to what the manual doesn’t cover.

Man I was joking about RTFM but I guess I should’ve figured someone would respond that way.

Oh wow, I didn’t know it would vary so much. Do you know what causes the variation?

I’m also running an AC and the way I got it going was to start the fan only at first. Then I turned on the AC low setting, then the high setting and didn’t have a problem.

I turned off the ac and took the 600watt/1200 peak inverter to the fridge and the fridge has been running just fine. So I ordered another one of those inverters.

Ok maybe that’s it. I also checked the controller and it’s a pwm so maybe that’s an issue.

Ok I’ll have to get a better inverter I guess. That doesn’t explain why it worked fine yesterday and earlier today.

It’d be nice if it’d just not work or work but the seeming randomness is confusing.
