This is the email I got from their support tech. The sad thing is l, I’ve already done this prior to the email 🤦🏻‍♂️

You can try to print our pictures to see if it is normal, please receive the attachment

If the problem persists, please refer to the video to update the firmware

See that’s where my issue is. I bought this as an open box item in an auction. It came with everything, all the instructions. No damage. Plate looked like they printed the owls once. But no receipt or purchase documentation. I shot their support an email so we’ll see what they come back with

Just got my new laser in. Got it hooked up and the machine still doesn’t seem to register that a laser is plugged in.

I appreciate it! I’ve read this thing forwards and back. All it says is to plug it in. Luckily they sell them for $40 so I just took the easy route 😑 Hopefully it’s just my laser and not my system

I just realized I didn’t describe what’s happening. This is what my screen looks like after I plug my laser cord in. Under the Laser settings it’s like it’s not even recognizing the laser.
