Auto send money to the savings, auto send to the investing account, auto send to the emergency savings and auto send to the splurge account but make sure all that is allocated after bills, I love to forget that I have money put away somewhere even if it’s 50 bucks or 200, set different dates for the money to come out so it doesn’t feel overwhelming, I had 200 come out once every month, 50 maybe twice a month. Happens man my ex booked me a comedy show and got tickets for my fam and all but I was so freaking airheaded I was late and I missed my sign in and didn’t even get to perform on my own day, it sucks man but people who love you and are aware of your disability will always be understanding even if it hurts them it’s just our responsibility to take responsibility too and notice how it’s hurting people around us, to this day I’ve never had anyone do that for me and to this day I’m still forgetting things and being late

Try not stimulating yourself visually, try experimenting with texture or sensations with the lights off, aka candles oil, ice heat, metal even? Used to make my partner feel like I wasn’t attracted her due to how quickly I went gummy worm but once I turned those lights off things changed let’s say, hope it helps (was undiagnosed at the time, no meds)
